I had an assignment that I had to use three pictures, one in black and white, the other two in color. I wanted to do something that I new I could do very well. I am really good at doing collages with anime and manga. I chose Yu Yu Hakusho from Shonen Jump because it had some really good pictures that I liked. I used Photoshop for the pic and Quark for the page layout.

I wanted to do something that had wasn't assigned by my teacher, so I took some pictures I scanned in for my newsletter and my three-picture collage and I put together a collage in Photoshop. I decided to make one picture in color because I wanted it to stand out. If everything was in color, it would all blend together. I decided after I finished the design to turn it into a t-shirt in the near future. I went and scanned in the logo for Shonen Jump, so that I could put it on the front of the shirt. I haven't had the money to finish it, yet.
I joined a forum and I wanted something to identify myself, so I designed this in Photoshop using
pics from Final Fantasy VIII.

Again, I had to go with strengths.I chose to do a manga magazine that I have been reading since last December. I spent a lot of time deciding who I wanted on the front cover. I drew up thumbnails and decided that Hikaru Shindo from Hikaru No Go deserved a cover. I didn't want to do the same cover on both sides like Shonen Jump does, so I decided to let another manga grace the back cover. I wanted to have Yu Yu Hakusho be featured on the back cover. I then had to find a picture the the rest of the mangas that are in Jump.I used Photoshop and Quark to design my magazine cover.

I decided to redesign Linkin Park Hybrid Theory because it is the only CD that I own that has a cover. I didn't like the front of the CD, so I put that picture on the back cover. I then took the picture from the back cover and moved it to the front. I also put that same picture on the inside of the back cover. I didn't want to make a foldout, so I made a booklet. I took pictures from the foldout and put them on different pages. I used Photoshop and Quark to design the CD.

I decided I needed a new sig for the forum I was on, so I went on the internet and started looking for Final Fantasy VIII pictures (Final Fantasy VIII is one of my favorite Final Fantasy games for some reason.). I took the pictures and cut out the bacground, so I  could do more with them. I mirrored one of the images and I played around with the placement of my alias and the Final Fantasy VIII logo. I used Adobe Photoshop.
